Bowsprit Routing Nut: On a recent project, tack lines were repeatedly catching and chafing. We engineered a uniquely shaped custom nut to route the lines smoothly into the bowsprit, completely eliminating snagging points and permanently resolving the issue.

Every custom part starts with a careful analysis of the specific loads and spatial constraints on board. We calculate requirements precisely, applying a strict minimum safety factor of 3x, and we clearly define both the working load and breaking load for every piece.
To guarantee fit and function before final manufacturing, our facility relies on in-house 3D printing for rapid prototyping. This allows our team, the crew, and the owners to physically check dimensions and mechanics aboard the yacht. It is a vital step to ensure the final product is practically optimized for those using it.
