From one-off fittings to complete custom assemblies, we design, manufacture and install hardware built around your yacht. We combine engineering knowledge with hands-on rigging experience to solve practical problems and improve how equipment works on board.
Designed to do the job
When an off-the-shelf part doesn’t fit the brief, we develop one that does. That might mean improving a line lead, tackling recurring wear or designing hardware for a new setup.
Our work includes bespoke jib car, custom fittings for high-load applications and bowsprit components that help prevent lines from catching and chafing. Every project starts with understanding the loads, the space available and how the crew will use the finished part.
From concept to final fit
We bring design, prototyping and manufacture together, keeping the practical details in hand throughout. Using CAD and in-house 3D printing, we develop and check designs with your team before moving into final production.
Parts are manufactured in our workshop or by our trusted specialist fabricators, depending on the job. We can then handle assembly and installation, making sure the finished hardware fits and works as intended on board.
